As the Assistant Store Manager, you partner directly with the Store Manager to co-lead a tight-knit 3–4 person team, drive daily operational excellence, and ensure our commercial and retail clients receive flawless service. This is a hands-on leadership role for a technical problem-solver who is ready to take on business ownership, master inventory logistics, and set the standard on the floor.
Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day store operations, maintaining high standards across retail walkthroughs, cash management, and commercial fulfillment.
Team Mentorship: Mentor, train, and coach Retail Technicians on advanced diagnostics, repair procedures, and customer-first communication.
Inventory Control: Manage localized inventory accuracy, coordinate special commercial requests, and streamline stock handling.
Commercial Support: Act as the primary operational link for key commercial accounts, handling bulk orders, custom requests, and logistical scheduling.
Experience: 1+ years of supervisory experience in retail or operations, OR demonstrated readiness to step into a leadership role.
Technical Aptitude: Strong mechanical/technical curiosity with a desire to master all in-store device repair and battery services and processes (paid training provided).
Logistical Mindset: Exceptional organizational skills and a data-driven approach to tracking inventory and order fulfillment.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for building long-term relationships with both everyday shoppers and local business clients.

As a Retail Associate, you are the hands-on technical heartbeat of our store. You will work directly with customers to diagnose power and device issues, execute precision repairs, and deliver straightforward solutions with clarity and honesty. No prior repair experience is necessary—we provide full paid training for curious problem-solvers who love working with their hands.
Device & Small Tech Repair: Perform delicate repairs on smartphones and tablets, including screen and battery replacements, using specialized tools and safety protocols.
Automotive & Power Diagnostics: Test and troubleshoot battery performance across automotive, marine, and industrial applications.
Specialty Services: Program automotive key fobs and cut precision specialty keys for walk-in retail clients.
Order Fulfillment: Package, verify, and check commercial client orders with 100% accuracy to ensure seamless local deliveries.
Technical Curiosity: Natural mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest in figuring out how electronics and mechanical systems work.
Customer Focus: Strong communication skills with a friendly, service-oriented approach to helping everyday shoppers.
Attention to Detail: Excellent dexterity and pride in handling delicate components with accuracy and care.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally when handling heavier commercial stock or automotive inventory.
